A good how to book on the radio. Easier to read than the manual I got with the radio. A good go to guide...
There are some pages that were incomplete in this version as read on my smartphone. This prevented me from giving a 5 star rating.
Outstanding. Much easier to understand and use than the manual produced by Baofeng. If you own one of these neat little radios I would highly recommend you purchase this book.... and keep it handy.
I am new to ham radio with no handy Elmer's around I'm looking for good resources. This book is easy to navigate and is written at a level I can undeestand .
I read the entire text of the book. I found the content and syntax to be very readable and applicable. I have become much more familiar with my UV5R radios since reading this book.
I recommend it to anyone needing this information.
Straight forward text. Fairly easy to understand. Had it a step-by-step setup walkthrough, I would have given it five stars. Still, the text was presented in an uncomplicated manner. I will check YT for a walk-thru. Getting the contents of this book under my belt assures that I will know the Baofeng UV-5 series thoroughly and be confident no matter what.
